Novee Pest Control Services ("we") operates this website. Contact us using the details on our contact section.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address, your message, the service you selected and, if requested, your phone number. We also record the date and time and a one-way coded version of your network address to stop abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to arrange any inspection or service you request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically after the retention period stated at the end of this notice, unless we need them for an ongoing service or a legal obligation.

Cookies

This site uses one strictly necessary session cookie to protect forms against forgery. We do not use advertising cookies. Analytics are only enabled if disclosed here.
